You & Me - Judith Tijsen - Mood Board Inspiration

Hello everyone,

My first project of this month is based on the moodboard challenge.

The colors of the board are really bright and colorful this month, with beautiful blue/green and yellow tones. I hope you all join us and I hope my creation inspires you for some creativity.

This time a took a smaller tray from about 20cm. I colored the edges with different colors acrylic paint. Then I cut a cardboard circle that fits exactly into the tray. I did this so that I can edit the surface with a stencil. This is a lot easier than doing it on the tray itself.

Altered Tin - Judith Tijsen - Video Tutorial

Hello Dear Dusty Attic fans,

For the first time I made a You-Tube video for you of this creation for Dusty Attic.
At the bottom of this page you can find the link to my You-Tube channel and the video.

After practicing a few times, this is my first video and I hope you enjoy watching my creations come about. So there are not many videos on it yet, but I hope that will change in the future.

And then we will of course talk about the creation itself. I visited my favorite secondhandstore again. Where I found this cute chocolate can.

Elegant Clockworks - Judith Tijsen - Mood Board Inspiration

Hello dear Dusty Attic fans,

This time I have a round tray in the shape of a clock. The shape of chipboard circle DA2271 fits exactly over the tray. So this is a nice border for an elegant clock.

The colours I used for this clock come from this month's mood board.
You can find the mood board at the bottom of this post.

In the middle of the tray you see chipboard clockworks DA1750.

For the beautiful 3D effect there is an iron frame on which I have glued various chipboard gears.

At the bottom of the tray I glued the largest gears from chipboard set DA0327.

Love this Mixed Media canvas - Judith Tijsen

Hello dear Dusty Attic fans,

Today it's my turn again to inspire you here on the Dusty Attic blog.

This time I made a industrial canvas.

I really enjoyed making it.
I love the colors and the industrial theme and of course the great Dusty Attic industrial chipboards.
And I used lots of them on this project.

For the background I used two stencils, Distressed Grid and Glass Stains.

Which chipboard I have used can be found at the bottom of this post.

I used the following Dusty Attic products:
