Hello everyone!
I was inspired to create a new mixed media layout in
weathered wooden sea style.
A paper from 49 and Market was a perfect background, added some
leftovers
from structure
papers in layering technique and chose some suitable ocean
elements
from the rich and
beautiful section Beach, Fishing, Nautical
The blue/brown colour scheme is perfect for vintage
motifs, our dog has exactly the right coat colour.
I have kept
all the chipboard in shades from white to brown. And just played with different textures and gloss effects.
For the lettering
I used brown embossing powder which creates a slight
shine. The seaweed was only painted with brown acrylic paint and is matt,
other ocean elements were painted with white
acrylic paint and micropearls were sprinkled into the still wet paint.
