Love your Smile - Valerie Ouelet - Mood Board Inspiration

Hi everyone!
Today, I would like share with you a layout inspired by the November Dusty Attic Moodboard.
I'm so inspired by the colors ans the flowers. Lots of beautiful chipboards newly released are perfect for my layout.

Have you look the new foliages!!!!I'm in love!! More on the website!!
Available HERE

I used the new chipboard "Foliage #13" that I embossed with 2 colors of Lindy's embossing powder. I love create a ombre effect with my chipboard.
It's simple. You just have to use 1 color at a time. Here I started with the dark one and I added the second pale purple.

I used the word "Love your smile" from the set "Mini captions #11". I so happy with the look I created on my word title. I don't know how! haha. I used the wrong color and I put on more than one coat.
Feel free to test!

I primed the paper from the cottage life collection then applied clear crackle onto the paper & placed the chipboard pieces onto the crackled paper, let dry then cut away the excess......

The next step was to add the eyelets, brads & change flower centers....then I built the layers, using the chipboard pieces & flowers....

I altered the retro frame with chains & cogs....

& framed the photo with the distressed film strip, chains & title....Here are a few more close ups.....

Thank you so much for taking the time to look.....Rachelle

Love for all seasons - Nadya Drozdova - Mood Board Inspriation

Hello Dusty attic fans! Here is Nadya Drozdova sharing with you my take on July mood board.
Red and teal combo not the easiest color combination for me, but it is always interesting to think out of the box. I created a LO using some old papers and flowers by Prima marketing. I covered my chipboard with Patina effect paste and some of them with embossing powder. Sometimes I use negatives from chipboards in my projects, because some of them looks really interesting.
Hope you enjoy my creation. Wish you happy crafting!
