You know its getting to the business end of the year when the month turns to "double digits" !
September bought another new release, gorgeous new stencils (awesome for art journaling) and new Chippy with a huge Face Book competition.

THEN we also went away for Jennifer Hedger "the Boss's" Birthday Bash, as a surprise all of the DT did gorgeous layouts which we put together as a gift for Jen. She was actually  SPEECHLESS !
(I will share all the layouts on the blog, most of the girls did a blog hop and have shared them already.)
THEN Jen did a few more new designs and put them on the website, one of which is called "Crazy Stitching" .... I LOVE this one, gives the impression of stitching without actually pulling a thread or sitting at a machine !
ALSO we have GREAT CONCEPT coming out soon and we have been busy doing up some samples so watch out for them as well !
Might have to twist the Bosses arm for another give-a-way
Remember all the goodies you see on here or the face book page or on DT Ladies layouts are ALL available on the Dusty Attic Website  HERE  - you just sign up for a retail account and start shopping.
 OR .....
You could win a $100 voucher to the website by entering the Mood Board like our winner for September (insert drum roll .....)
Again it was so hard for the DT to choose and vote, we really are spoilt by everyone that enters with just beautiful works of art.
October's Mood Board is just so bright and funky full of fun. I love the sentiment as well,

Here are some close ups.....

I painted most of the chipboard with DA fine silver, or sunshine, then inked the edges with a black ink pad....

I applied drops of the clear gloss varnish on to the berries..& glued on fine silver beads on to the grass heads...
I used white crackle paint on the leaves, & glued on beads on to the barb wire frame, string frame & fish net panel...

I made some of the flowers using the paper from the collection, & used Prills as the flower centers...
