Mini Milk can Easter gift - Deb Stephens - Mood Board Inspiration

This Altered Mini Milk Can Easter project was inspired by the April Mood board. This was filled with mini Chocolate Easter Eggs and given as a Gift.
I used 2 lots of DA 2687 Ducks and Reeds panels and glued them to the can. To curve the chipboard around the can without breaking it, I sprayed it with a light coating of water before molding it around the can. Use rubber bands to hold it in place until it dries.
I repeated the process but with some strong glue and left it overnight to dry.
I then primed it all in white. It was all then painted with acrylic paint and finished off with matt and metallic wax.
I made a short reel on this process on my Instagram page if you are interested.

I hope this project inspired you to get out your chippy and bend and paint!
Until next time, take care!

 Hi there!

I'm here with you invariably and regularly. Well... maybe not like a clockwork, but I try to describe the works that are created in my studio on an ongoing basis. So today you will learn the details of a layout stiffened with a wooden frame in the size of 30cm x 30cm. Always between the frame covered with canvas and paper sheet, which is the basis for work, I stick a sheet of cardboard for stiffening. Believe me, it means a lot. I forgot to do it once and the LO was kind of... bent. As a standard, LO was ordered - this time, by a loving daughter for parents on the occasion of the 60th wedding anniversary. I'm trying to imagine such an anniversary in my case.. This is just an achievement! Do you know couples who have been together for so long? Show off on what "round number" you had the opportunity to create a gift.
