Merry Christmas Tag - Farrel Tailor - Mood Board challenge

Hi there Dusty Attic lovers, Farrel here today to share with you my interpretation of this month's mood board..... and can I just say Wow!!! I love these colours this month, very rarely will I do anything with a Christmas theme. Not because I don't like Christmas..... I LOVE Christmas but I find it is a busy time of year and photo's are never how I like them but I thought I would change it up this a create a Christmas Tag.

I used a chipboard sheet and cut it to 3 1/4 x 6 1/4 inches. The first paper layer is a Basic Grey pp and the second is 7 Dots Studio - Cotton Candy range.

I tore up a piece of corrugated cardstock and dry brushed white gesso onto it. I adhered it and some cheesecloth to the tag. I also cut a silver and white paper straw in half and adhered it to the corrugated cardstock.

I used white embossing powder to cover my small string frame and Twisted Iron #2 chipboard and adhered them to the tag.
I painted the flowers with Art Alchemy Metallique Light Patina acrylic paint and added some antique silver Glitzin' Glamour to the center of the flowers before adhering to the tag.

Next I covered the Wordpl@y #5 with white gesso, making sure I get into the letters. Once dry I lightly covered the chipboard with some silver ink. Then to finish off the tag I added some art stones and pebbles as fillers and added a chalk spray in turquoise over the art stones.
