Journey - Karan Gerber

HI Friends, its Karan Gerber here for today's crafty inspiration. I have an altered  star
 for you designed for Dusty Attic.

I have been using rust pastes alot in my projects lately, i think because it is so easy to work with and needs no priming if used on its own;

So for this project i used the large skeleton clock, cutting it to fit the star; and then adding in the cog border and adding more gears and cogs on top.

here is what the star looked like prior to starting, i piked these up at Christmas time at the Dollarama not too far from home.

and here is my completed alter

i added in some resin wings that i made using prima moulds

the border i cut in half and mirrored it under the title; i placed some broken bits numbers as my start of the base to help support the cogs and gears; adding the border on top

i layered cogs and gears on top of that for added dimension.

I hope you like my Chipboard Inspiration for you today!

Until Next Time, Happy Scrapping!!
