Amazing Moments - Lynette Jacobs

Lynette here, welcome to the blog today. I have the pleasure of sharing some inspiration for January.  I used a photo taken on our recent vacation on the Garden Route.

Stencil used for the project:

Some close ups of my project:

I stencilled Antique Linen Distress Ink through the Fishnet Stencil onto white cardstock. The mini starfish and shells were painted with acrylic paint.  The driftwood was also painted with acrylic paint and dry brushed with white paint to get the desired affect.

The elements were fussy cut twice to layer over the bottom layer.

I used the old fence as a board walk of sorts.  Painted and dry brushed with acrylic paint.

Some more layering on this side of the "door".

I love the dimension created with the layering.

I heat embossed the mini caption with grey and blue embossing powder and layered it over the photo.

Some more fussy cut layering.

I love it when another memory is documented.
