Hello Dusty Attic Fans!
Lynette here, welcome to the blog today. I am sharing my take on the September mood board...I just added some soft duck egg blue for contrast. A friend of mine love her fur children very much and she recently lost him. This photo I am using is really touching and shows the love between them perfectly.
The mood board for September:

Some close up details:
I attached my buff coloured to the darker background and then stitched around the edges. I then stenciled some splotches to the background using Distress Ink in Speckled egg.
I cut the clock face roughly in half and then painted it with dark brown acrylic paint before dry brushing the duck egg coloured paint over it. I then attached some twine and pearls to the inside edge.
I used one of the quoted sentiments below the photo.
I painted the old fence dark brown and also dry brushed it with grey and blue. I added more detail to the chipboard dog to resemble the dog in the photo.
The Sea Grass chipboard was coloured with Distress Ink in Speckled Egg.
The little paw prints and the title was also painted dark brown and then dry brushed with blue.
I love how much the chipboard dog looks like the dog in the photo.
From a different angle. I completed the page by adding a few pearls around the page.
