Hello Dusty Attic Fans!
Lynette here, welcome to the blog today. I have the pleasure of sharing some inspiration for May. I have the privilege of helping to raise my youngest grandson. Today I am sharing a page with a photo of the first time that he came to stay with me for the day.
Dusty Attic chipboard used for this project:
I love it that my photo is black and white and that leaves so many options for my colour scheme. The Swirly Frame was first heat embossed in white and then in sparkly embossing powder. The two titles were heat embossed in baby blue...I like to work with a limited colour palette.
I used one of Vicki Boutin's mixed media backgrounds.
Lately I love to do the tone-on-tone thing....so I love the blue title on the blue background.
I love the Swirly Frame and I cut it in two to stretch it to the sides of my photo. I tend to do that because for me it is all about the photo.
