Sweet Memories - Farrel Tailor

Hello there Dusty Attic Fans!!! Farrel here to share with you my first project for the month. Here in Australia we have just begun spring and I wanted to create something that shows that.
Sweet Memories Altered Frame by Farrel Tailor
The frame I used is a MDF Kaisercraft frame. I coated the frame and all chipboard pieces with white gesso. Next I stenciled all the way around the frame using modeling paste and Mandala stencil. Once all dry, I then used Jade Impasto paint to cover the frame and then with my finger applied Nuvo Embellishment Mousse to highlight the stencil.

I also used the a gold Nuvo Embellishment Mousse to colour the chipboard title. For the flourish chipboard, I left the bottom layer white and heat embossing the top layer with gold embossing powder. I adhered the layers together and then cut in the middle to make 2 pieces.

Then I arranged the chipboard and flowers to the bottom of my frame. I used micro beads and some fibres to add some texture then added a highlight with the Nuvo Embellishment Mousse on the flowers.
