Hi there Dusty Attic Lovers!!! Farrel here to share with you all my interpretation of this month's mood board.
I will not lie, I found the colours of this mood board quite hard as purple (any shade of it) is a hard colour for me to work with but I love pushing the boundaries and ended up having a lot of fun creating this layout.
For the patterned paper I used 7 Dots Garden Party - the colours matched the mood board perfectly. Along with flowers by Little Birdie and Plum Preserve Metallique Acrylic Paint by Finnabair.
The sketch grid stencil I used in the background is by The Crafter's Workshop and I used Paper Texture Paste by Finnabair. I also added some art stones and beads to the flowers.
I covered the Geometric Panel pieces in black gesso and used Art Alchemy Waxes. For the Clockworks chipboard, I covered in white gesso and used the waxes and some archival inks and finally for the title I used archival ink on word "Always" after I painted the words in white gesso.
