Hello there Dusty Attic Fans!! Farrel here to share my interpretation of the August mood board and can I just say this month's board is absolutely stunning!!! I used the colours for my inspiration and was lucky enough to have the perfect photo to match!!
For my layout I am using some of the chipboard from the new release and Jen has done an amazing job creating these little beauties. I actually had to stop myself from adding more chippy!!!
For all of my chipboard pieces apart from the wordpl@ay #1 piece, I applied a coat of white gesso and then added colours using various Prima inks and sprays. I also applied some inks to the Dusty in Bloom flowers.
For my background I used a stencil and modeling paste to add some texture. I also heat embossed the frame around the photo and then added some highlights with inks.
