Happy December everyone 

It is a busy time of year for everyone with the Festive season upon us and here is Australia there are only about two weeks left of school before the big December/January holidays (6-7 weeks off). Plus the weather here is getting hotter and hotter each week, No such thing as a "white" Christmas here unless you mean the white sand at the beach ! 

Last month we had our Dusty Attic 4 day retreat and it was a blast. We always have such fun but we do have the same motto

 "what happens at retreat, stays at retreat". 

There where lots of kits designed by our amazing DT which we will be loading to the website soon.

Here are some close ups....

For the paper layers I distressed the edges, &did some ripping. I primed Beach this Way-BS with clear gesso, then applied some white crackle onto the dots on the paper...

I primed the chipboard with white gesso, then painted on clear crackle onto some of the pieces.

Once the crackle dried I painted the pieces with the Summer Breeze-H20, & inked the edges....

I glued on the DA pearls, Prills, & Say it in Crystals onto some areas of the chipboard....

I also used white crackle paint on some of the chipboard....
