Hello everyone! I am very excited to show you my first creation! I`ve made two tags with lovely chippies baubles#3, I turned them upside down and they became balloons))). I want something bright and tender the same time. Because of it I chose berry pallet and Dusty Attic chiffon flowers. They give airiness and compliment balloons. I colored  them with white and pink Dusty Attic acrylic paints, on the top I put Dusty crackle varnish. Background was made with paints which I applied just with my finger))) Added embossing powder and texture paste. 

Also I used Inka Gold, Finnabair art sugar and a lot of black gesso, micro beads and sequins for accents. And my favorite quot stickers from 7DotsStudio 

To make background more interesting i used stamps and white color splatter
