I absolutely love the Dusty Attic Ironwork Banner (DA0890).  It adds such an elegant touch to the design of your page.

 

Here I used it at the bottom of my photo to add a lovely flirty feeling.  I trimmed the ends of the banner to get a rounded appearance to mirror the large circle in the center of my page.

 

 

I applied white acrylic paint using a paint dauber to apply my paint to the piece. I then adhered a round sentiment to the center of the banner.
