Hello Friends....
This month the Dusty Attic Moodboard inspiration is filled with soft pastel colours and blooms...I used all the colours, Pinks, Blues and Yellows and also an abundance of blooms on my page. I used papers from 49&Market, Botanical Press from the Vintage Artistry Range. The flowers are from Little Birdies. I had another photo and chipboard in mind, but when I came upon this photo of my eldest daughter from early 1987, I had to use it on this page.
I used two paper sheets, the top one was torn at the ends, my idea was to create a floral arrangement spilling from the bottom to the top layer...Three packets of flowers gave my a beautiful arrangement.
I gesso'd the Mystic Frame #2 and Paisly #3 and embossed them with the following Lindy Stampgang Embossing Powders, Bonjour Butter, Raspberry Lemonade and Tilt-a-Wheel Teal.
I used the Dusty Attic Rose Stencil with Cracked Pistachio, Fossilized Amber and Worn Lipstick Distress Oxide Inks to create some interest in the background. A little bit of hand stitching and my page was done ...
There is still enough time to get your Moodboard inspired creation added, There are two $50 Prizes up for grabs! Have a look at what is to offer in the Dusty Attic Shop...
