Another month and that means a new Moodboard for Dusty Attic and time to get scrapping.
For me its a time to go hunting through papers and to see what I have in my stash to complete the moodboards. Some times this is an easy find other time you have to blend and find different collections. Like what I have done with my layout a blend of Alexandra Renke , Websters and Mintay Urban Jungle papers.
And of course the finishing touches like Dusty Attic Chipboard.
Its all about the layers, and using scraps to make the layout, like for the outer boarder, I only had a small amount of paper but I really wanted to use the wood grain, by cutting it into strips I could start the layout.
To continue with the layout I build my layers on white cardstock, then its on to the left hand side of the layout with all the fussy cut leaves, its also a good time to introduce the Tropical Foliage Chipboard leaves.
To add more details the layers add some large glass domes and then different glitters.
Mix some chipboard pieces up like a cloud and a sun.
How cute is the Gnome? Got to love its a layered chipboard.
To finish off the title, add some stickles over the top to add a little bit of sparkle.
Something wicked this way comes
