True Beauty - Michelle Carrick

Good morning fellow scrappers!

Its a lovely warm but rainy day in Cape Town.
I" back today with the first of two inspirational mixed media layouts!

True Beauty, this photo is from Pinterest!

To create the back ground, I applied collage medium, stencilled with the Dusty Mandala using heavy Gesso and sprinkled white glitter.

I used Dusty Attic paints - Raisin and Sugar plum plus water {to help spread the paint} Pouring

on to the page and  guided the spill the way I wanted, with a touch of Tim Holtz - Seedless preserve to create the back ground.

I then stamped using a script and a cracked stamp.

I then fussy cut my flowers.
Painted my resin wings with Nuvo-Glimmer paste -Moonstone.

For the Dusty - Elegant pearls chippie
I painted with all-purpose
ink champagne mist.

I
also included Metal bits and feathers to finish off the layout.

I hope to see your layouts soon!
Happy scrapping!
xoxo
